Basic Client/Server Installation

Acquisition and installation of Licenses for the use of contracted applications in client-server mode and their installation and implantation in the technological infrastructure chosen by the client.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES INCLUDED

  • License for the installation of the Tables and Database Objects necessary for the operation of the applications acquired for Production, Pre-Production, and Contingency Environments.
  • Licenses of concurrent users of contracted applications for execution on CLIENT computers in local network for the execution of the application on a local network or in Terminal Service or similar environments.
  • Installation of licensed applications on the technological infrastructure chosen by the client.
  • User training and access to RD Sistemas website for downloading new Versions and interim Modifications of the application and documentation available.

Client / Server Installation with Remote Users

Remote access of the application service of users through Citrix or Terminal Server and database hosting of applications contracted by the client to be installed in the technological services centre of RDSISTEMAS.

  • Minimum infrastructure necessary to start-up the Service: Assignment, hosting and maintenance of Database Servers and Base Applications for Production and Test environments in the designated centre.
  • Licenses of Operative Systems and Databases for Servers, Clients and Remote Services for users contracted for Production, Pre-Production, Development, and Contingency environments.
  • License to use the contracted applications.

  • Version Maintenance and Update Service
  • Assignment of a secure communications connection for remote access to applications.
  • Backup of Database and Contingency System based on a duplication of the entire Environment at another physical location in Active-Passive mode.
  • Technical Support and Maintenance of the Service's infrastructure.
  • Updating to new versions of licensed applications by RD Sistemas’ personnel.

RD Sistemas has developed the EAGLE Technology platform for clients to easily control and manage their investments within the web environment.
